Data Recording System

Data recording system provides control of the implemented jobs and coverage to the third party.

The ABI control features a process data recording dependent to the operating mode. Recorded data can be displayed on the touch-screen terminal and/or printed out directly in the drivers cab as well as stored on USB stick for an evaluation in home office later on. The site data can also be transferred to an internet platform, when mobile phone modem is mounted.

The data recording for graphic display is time based - the values are recorded every 2 seconds.

The recorded data vary dependent to the operating mode:

• MRZV-S mode: time, penetration depth, vibrator speed, pre-stressing pressure, working pressure.
• MRZV-V-Mode: time, penetration depth, static moment, vibrator speed, prestressing pressure, working pressure.
• MDBA mode: time, penetration depth, pre-stressing pressure, working pressure, suspension or concrete pressure.
• VDW mode: time, penetration depth, pre-stressing pressure, working pressure casing, working pressure auger flight, concrete pressure.
• Soil mixing mode: time, penetration depth, revolutions, suspension pressure, amount of suspension.
• HPS mode: time, penetration depth, pre-stressing pressure, working pressure.
