Hydro-Press-System

For static pressing of steel sheet piles on construction sites where noise and vibration emissions have to be reduced to a minimum.

On site conditions which demand vibration-free method, e.g. sheeting works near computer centres, historical buildings under monument protection, hospitals, schools etc., the ABI Hydro-Press-System is used. This attachment for the ABI MOBILRAM-System is suitable for static pressing and extracting of cold rolled steel sheet piles as well as hot rolled U and Z steel sheet piles in different system widths. Depending upon the geological situation high daily production rates can be achieved.

This system is a genuine alternative to the soldier beam wall with H-beams, particularly if a high ground-water level represents a problem. The typical range of application is inner city shoring or excavation supports.
