2007
ABI Group shows its novelties like MOBILRAM-System TM 18/22 HD,fixed leader mast BANUT 655, DELMAG drilling rig RH 16 and ready to go into production add-on drilling rig GeoDrill at the bauma. At the production area "Am Knückel" begins the construction of the 3rd production hall.
2006
The prototype of add-on drilling mast GeoDrill is displayed at the exhibition Intermat in Paris.
2004
30th anniversary.
BAUMA exhibition and introduction of new rig models of the 3 brands such as DELMAG drilling rig RH 30, TM14/17 V, BANUT 650 as well as hydraulic impact hammer SuperRam XL type.
Introduction of new piling method "Directional vibrating" at BAUMA in Munich and being awarded for most innovative technology at the exhibition.
2003
Acquisition of Banut Sweden producer of fixed leader masts and hydraulic impact hammers and rights to use the trade mark BANUT. Production moved from Sweden to Niedernberg.
Launch of new models such as ABI MOBILRAM TM 20/25 and Banut 650 further the Hydro Press HPU for U-shaped Larssen profiles.
2002
Mr. Matthias Heichel was announced as General Manager of DELMAG.
2001
Construction of the new production plant in Niedernberg Am Knückel with two new production buildings. Introduction of 4cylinder Hydro Press for AZ profiles.
2000
Taking over company DELMAG in Esslingen, producer of drilling rigs and diesel pile hammers. Drill rig RH 26.
1999
25th anniversary! Launch of TM 13/16 and TM 10/12 B kelly version.
1998
Establishing of ABI Alternative Piling and Boring Equipment in Benicia (California/USA) General Manager Mr. Matthias Heichel.
1997
Due to the availability of carriers with up to 500 HP diesel engine new and bigger vibrators were launched up to 1000 kN or 100 ton driving force. Mr. Matthias Heichel is joining ABI after his studies.
TM 16/20 lunched as biggest ABI Mobilram together with new reinforced B-version TM 14/16 B for high torque Kelly drilling.
1996

The founder of ABI, Mr. Alfred Heichel, past away. Mr. Christian Heichel announced as General Manager beside his mother Mrs. Ingrid Heichel.

20 years anniversary and introduction of new ABI Mobilram type TM.

In-house exhibition.
1992
Administration moves from Babenhausen to Niedernberg.
1991
ÖKO-Ramm and upgraded BE 12 drilling rig was introduced.
1990
The third production building was put into operation and introduction of UNI fixed leader system for 20 m pile length.
1989
The ABI Hydro-Press-System the silent piling attachment for the ABI MOBILRAM was introduced.
During BAUMA in Munich introduction of the ABI MOBILRAM RE 12/14300 T 10 B reinforced foundation rig.
1988
Merging distribution and production to one location in Niedernberg and increasing export activities.
1987
The first dedicated ABI drilling rig type BE 12 was introduced.
1986
Founding of the ABI branch in Horhausen.
Introduction of ABI MOBILRAM RE 12/14300.
1985
Christian Heichel is joining ABI as trainee.
1984
Presentation of ABI product range on several shows and exhibitions.
1983
Introduction of the ABI MOBILRAM RE 12000.
1982
ABI is building a second hall with offices at Niedernberg.
1981
Introduction of the ABI MOBILRAM RE 10000.
1980
Introduction of the first ABI MOBILRAM RE 8000.
1979
Founding of ABI Maschinenfabrik and move from Babenhausen to Niedernberg with approx. 30 employees.
1976 - 1978
Production facilities in Babenhausen are at the capacity limit. Therefore a new area was bought at Niedernberg to built a new plant.
1975
Introduction of the very first ABI MOBILRAM RE 7500. This new innovative machine concept turned out to be the future of ABI.
1974
Establishment of ABI Vertriebsgesellschaft GmbH at Babenhausen.
