Variable vibrator with adjustable static moment for piling and extracting. Resonances are reduced to a minimum by adjustment of the eccentric weights when driving through natural frequencies of the soils.
Variable vibrator with adjustable static moment MRZV-V is suitable for piling and extracting of steel sheet piles, H-beams and pipes in addition for the employment of alternative foundation methods e.g. vibro piles, cast-in-place piles, gravel- and sand piles.
Before starting and stopping the eccentric weights are adjusted against each other that no resonances are generated. After reaching the preselected working frequency the eccentric weights are adjusted according soil conditions. When running out the eccentric weights are first adjusted against each other to a position of no static moment and the vibrator is switched off afterwards. Thus no resonances are generated when driving through the natural frequencies of the soil. The operator can change between the minimum and maximum static moment by push of a button and also adjust the static moment in 10% increments.
