Vibrator MRZV-VV

The vibrators MRZV-VV feature variable static moment as well as variable hydraulic displacement. The MRZV-VV vibrators can be adapted to the site conditions in such a way that different tasks with only one vibrator are realizable. The power offered by the machine can be completely used.

Thus more efficient vibrators can be operated on existing carriers and more challenging piling tasks can be realised. With same fuel consumption and emission output the performance output of the machine rises significantly. Since higher frequencies can be achieved with the new vibrators the application range for the vibration driving technology extends additionally. Above all inner city or within particularly sensitive areas it may be necessary to select higher revolutions to lower the impact of vibration on the surrounding environment, however with lower efficiency. Therefore the MRZV-VV vibrators can be operated up to a maximum of 2600 revolutions per minute.
